Location

The Colony Wellcare Center is located on 4427 Highway 6 in Sugar Land, TX 77478. The building is easily accessible from Highway 59, Beltway 8, and also the Fort Bend Parkway. In addition, we are one to a few miles from the Methodist Hospital of Sugar Land, Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital, and the incoming St. Luke's Hospital.

 

FROM NORTH Take US 59 South. Exit at Highway 6. Turn left on highway 6 and continue on it. The Colony Wellcare Center building will be on your left hand side after the traffic light of Frost Pass.

FROM SOUTH Take US 59 North. Exit at Highway 6. Turn right on highway 6 and continue on it. The Colony Wellcare Center building will be on your left after the traffic light of Frost Pass.

FROM EAST Take any path onto Highway 6 and stay on it. The Colony Wellcare Center building will be on your right after the traffic light of Dulles/Austin Parkway.

FROM WEST Take any path onto Highway 6 and stay on it. The Colony Wellcare Center building is on your left after the traffic light of Frost Pass.
